My coworker told me about headaches that can be deliberating; I rarely have them but I can 'empathize" this was my expression for those having a rough day or just feeling that life is hard and soft. I like to say "Yikes"...but I like to always make my things playful.'

Life is like this pretty much some pleasure and some pain; a dichotomy soft and hard, somewhat assaultive to a beloved candy-but people say headaches and migraines are complex and yet so clearly like "Arggg." I figure using two of the most culturally identifiable items could be artistic & ironic.
