This was taken when there were multiple fires in Canada and on the west coast that blew to my home state of WA, which created this gray/blue haze in a series of pictures.
The Nisqually National Wildlife Reserve's new Boardwalk Trail, stretches across the Nisqually estuary mudflats for more than a mile. From the boardwalk, visitors can watch water flow in through slough channels just feet below them, and maybe spot some of the more than 300 species of fish, birds and other animals on the reserve.
Photography for me is a practical and intuitive endeavor; seeing the sacred and inspirational in everyday life is my motivation. Art is for EVERYONE & ANYONE. An individual doesn't always need expensive equipment or materials to create art or have a 'point of view.' Just start creating and see what happens. Regarding photography, any regular camera can be used for photography. A great picture is equal parts what one sees and what the subject presents.
